CIM – Centre d’interpretació de la Malvasia

The Malvasia Interpretation Center is located inside the Sant Joan Baptista Hospital complex in Sitges, a unique venue where the vineyard, care of elderly people and art all go hand in hand to create a distinctive wine experience in Sitges. Managed by the Hospital’s Winery, the only winery in Sitges and heir to the golden age of the coastal town’s wines.

Located in the Corral de la Vila, the town’s former farmyard, an 18th century building featuring traditional architecture, they offers their spaces for meetings of all kinds; their facilities are an open door to discover Sitges’ traditions with a contemporary twist. These are perfect for both private and personal events, in a historical, laid-back and gastronomic context.

Come and enjoy the experience of seeing one of the last urban vineyards in Catalonia in a Modernista complex in the very heart of Sitges. A wine experience never before seen in an internationally acclaimed eco-tourism biosphere.
