Sitges Convention Bureau, a program belonging to the Sitges Town Council\u2019s Tourism Department, hereinafter\u00a0Sitges CB<\/strong>, notifies Users that it complies with all legislation in force on data protection, especially Organic Law 15\/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, RLOPD 1720\/2007 and Law 34\/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the terms of current legislation, Sitges CB only collects data that is strictly necessary to provide the services stemming from its activity and other benefits, services and activities attributed by law.<\/p>\n

The present data protection policy could change over time due to possible legislative and legal changes or any other criteria observed by the Spanish Data Protection Agency and\/or the competent authority at any given time.\u00a0 For this reason, Sitges CB reserves the right to modify the present legal notice to adapt it to new legislation or case law requirements that are in force at the time of accessing the websites, as well as to observe sector practices.<\/p>\n
