That\u2019s right! As we wrap up the final quarter of 2024, we\u2019re still going non-stop, creating emotions, working hard on the final projects of the year and looking ahead to our promotional activities in 2025.<\/p>\n

This quarter, we held the Sitges CB Members\u2019 Assembly and participated in three international market workshops, as well as the IBTM in Barcelona.<\/span><\/strong> We met with a total of 192 MICE industry professionals to present Sitges as a meeting destination, and we attended four events that gave us the opportunity to network with 286 eventprofs, most recently in Madrid with CCB, where we presented our destination and local traditions to 50 EMA event managers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In collaboration with Eurostars Sitges, Meli\u00e1 and KT Events\/Hilton, we brought 128 event organisers to Sitges<\/strong> so that they could experience the destination first-hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

And in this quarter alone, we\u2019ve managed over 60 requests to hold events in Sitges and carried out two inspection visits for two different congresses, one to be held in 2025 and another in 2026, as well as one for an international convention. <\/span><\/p>\n

Now, we\u2019re taking the month of December to attend CCB and Spain CB training sessions and prepare our initiatives for 2025.\u00a0 We\u2019re already working with Hotel Calipolis to host the Break The Ice Forum from 27 to 29 March in Sitges.<\/strong><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][gt3_spacing height=”32px”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_text_separator title=”Read on to learn all about it!” css=””][gt3_spacing height=”16px”][vc_text_separator title=”Break The Ice Forum \u2013 Sitges 2025″ i_type=”entypo” i_icon_entypo=”entypo-icon entypo-icon-fast-forward” title_align=”separator_align_left” css=”” add_icon=”true”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image image=”28718″ img_size=”800×600″ css=””][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text css=””]From 27 to 29 March, Sitges, and more specifically the Hotel Calipolis,<\/a> will host the Break The Ice Forum that will bring together 120 industry professionals from all over Europe<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

This B2B event for the MICE sector will be a chance to create synergies and business opportunities for local companies, while introducing participants to Stiges and carrying out social responsibility initiatives that will help us have a positive impact on the destination.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event included a presentation on ways to elevate events in Sitges through our hallmark touches. For a Catalan Christmas experience, the Rurality company<\/a> organised a karaoke activity with \u201cnadales<\/em>\u201d (Christmas carols), the \u201cLa Grossa\u201d draw (a New Year\u2019s lottery in Catalonia to raise money for good causes) and gifts such as an Advent calendar from Grupo Alba (a social enterprise that seeks to provide comprehensive assistance to vulnerable groups). <\/span><\/p>\n

This yearly gathering of members of Sitges CB, which turned 20 this year, was a chance to explore new partnership opportunities and synergies among member companies.
